This is a report of identical twins who were associated with different types of jejunal atresia, whose mother had no problems during her gestation. One was associated with a membranous atresia, and the another multiple jejunal atresia. Identical twins, both of whom are associated with intestinal atresia are very rare. The anomalies of these infants might be rsulted from congenital factor and secondary circulatory disturbance.
