Extended burn is a severe trauma makes patients easily critical status without appropriate cure and assessment. In order to ride out hypovolemic shock, it is necessary to manage the internal water, the state of respiration and wound treatment and assess the depth of burn wound. Initialy we assess the burned area and it's depth, then we calculate the amount of water which will be necessary on acute phase for the patient. We will resect the part of deep dermal burn immediately to reduce the causes of infection.
The patient will need a graft operation as soon as we can to avoid the severe infection.
