A 64-year-old male complained of right hypochondralgia and was admmited to our hospital. A large tumor (10x15x10cm) of the right diaphragm was detected involving the middle and lower lobe of the lung. Microscopic and immunohistochemical examinations showed that bronchiolo-alveolar cell carcinoma was interposed in the sarcoma-like lesion, and this tumor was diagnosed as a so-called carcinosarcoma of the lung.
