Technological advances in imaging and technical progress of diagnosis has Iead to accurate staging prior to surgery. Group examination inables us to discover early lung cancer patients. Post operative adjuvant therapy such as LAK immunotherapy is also effective. The progress of extended surgery, surgical techiniques such an bronchoplasty is also important.
