A CASE OF ABDOMINAL AORTIC ANEURYSM WITH HORSESHOE KIDNEY

A 61 year-old male was diagnosed abdominal aortic aneurysm (infrarenal type) with horseshoe kidney and left accessory renal artery (LARA). Intraluminal grafting and reconstruction of LARA were performed successfully without division of the isthmus of horseshoe kidney.
