Physicians must be aware of all documents and guidelines related to the duty of care for all patients. Attached documents and guidelines for all types of patient cannot be disregarded under current trends, and it is essential to determine who prepared them, how they were prepared, and how they are being implemented. This will allow the creation of systems that facilitate compliance at medical institutions of all sizes.
