Primary cardiac lymphoma within myxoma is extremely rare disease. Only twelve cases including our case have been reported until today. We reported the case of previously healthy 50-year old woman who presented with loss of consciousness. Transthoracic echocardiography showed a 68 × 24 mm solid mass in the left atrium. The mass was removed by open heart surgery and subsequently diagnosed as malignant diffuse large B-cell lymphoma in the myxoma. The patient was treated with 2 cycles of Bendamusutine and Rituximab chemotherapy and discharged a month after surgery. The patient has been well for 2 years with no recurrence.
