GENERAL RULES FOR RECORD OF CANCER AND INTERNATIONALIZATION OF THE RULE －TNM CLASSIFICATION AND SURGICAL RECORD－

Although General Rules for Surgical Record established by the Japan Lung Cancer Society were taken up widely and satisfactorily in TNM Classification of Lung Cancer, it is necessary to improve and make the classification for easier usage reflecting prognosis well.
As General Rules for Surgical Record was authorized by the Japan Lung Cancer Society, here rules should confer basis for important records in order to determine and to be established as the International rule.
