SURGERY OF AORTIC DISEASE WITH CORONARY HEART DISEASE

From 1978 through 1989, 1200 patients underwent attempted coronary surgery. Seventy-six CABG-patients were recongnized aorto-vascular disease. Thirty-one CABG-patients were operated with vascular surgery. Operative motality of CABG was 0% (0/76). Operative motality of vascular surgery was 3.2% (1/31). Total operative motality was 1.1% (1/91).
