OPERATIVE MODES OF TRACHEOBRONCHIAL PLASTY

The modes were divided into two groups as follows; the modes experienced in our clinic and reported in the literatures, and modes expected to be done. The former group was consisted of 11 types of laryngotracheal plasty, 18 types of bronchoplasty and 7 types of carinal reconstruction, summarizing 36 types of tracheobronchial plasty.
The latter group is the predictable modes considered based on the former group of modes. These were summarized as 40 types of mode. The possibility of these modes was discussed from topographical and thechnical points.
