COMPARISON OF THE STANDARD AND THE MODIFIED RADICAL MASTECTOMY

We showed our method of the axillary dissection in the modified radical mastectomy in detail by the film. We usually reserve to a thoracodorsal and a long thoracic nerve to prevent from an atrophy of the muscles.
We revealed how to find easily a long thoracic nerve on the inner surface of the axillary fatty tissue dissected from the chest wall.
We showed our retractor of the muscle specially made for the modified radical mastectomy. We revealed the lymphatic along the perforating branch of the inter costal vessels. We choose such early breast cancer as Stage I in the U.I.C.C. classification for the indication of the modified radical mastectomy, as we have already published.
