The experimental and clinical examination of the immunity of regional lymph nodes of cancer bearing animals and patients was resulted as follows.
1. The more cancer advanced, the more cell-mediated immunocompetence declined.
2. Examining removed lymph nodes in terms of groups, cell-mediated immunocompetence of the first and second groups were lower in comparison with the third group no matter whether there was metastasis or not.
3. In the same group, the immunocompetence of positive metastasis lymph nodes is lower than that of negatives.
