AORTOCORONARY BYPASS WITH THE SAPHENOUS VEIN GRAFT

The presented case is 51 years old sailor with postinfarction angina. Grafting of saphenous vein was performed from the ascending aorta to the circumflex and the anterior descending branch of the left coronary artery respectively. This film showed the detail of the operative technique with pre- and postoperative cineangiogram.
