The thyroid -lymphography is one of the most popular technique of thyroid examination. This technique shows the figures of the thyroid and the thyroid tumors, and we can get the histological diagnosis of the thyroid tumors which are benign or malignant.
Now we made the pattern classification of the view on the thyroid-lymphography. The views of the thyroidlym phography is composed of three factors. The first is the view of the extra-nodal thyroid-lymphography, the second is one of the intra-nodal thyroid-Iymphography and the third is the other findings.
Each of them are classified as follow:
1. The Pattern Classification of the Extra-nodal Thyroid-lymphography
a ) Normal type.
b) Hypertrophic type.
c) Destraction (of Lymphatic System) type.
d) Pressured defect type.
e) Saturated defect type.
2. The Pattern Classification of the Intra-nodal Thyroid-lymphography
a ) Tumor type.
1 ) Un-instil type.
2 ) Diffused type.
3 ) Intermediate type.
a) Remained type.
Globular Remained type., Multi-globular Remained type.
Massive Remained type., Rosseta-Iike Remained type.
b) Cystic type.
c) Thyroiditis type.
3. The other findings.
And we made a experimental study on the side-effects of the thyroid-lymphography but there is no serious side -effects. So I thinck the thyroid-lymphography is the most adequate technique on the diagnosis of thyroid tumors.
