In order to study the biological effect of puls-synchronizing direct magnetic field on the wound healing and general condition, some experiments were performed using the buck rabbits. Experimental instruments were divised originally. Rabbit ears were perforated by heated punch 4.5 mm in diameter. And this perforated burn was used in this experiment. The body weight of rabbits was measured, and influences of the puls-synchronizing direct magnetic field on blood were studied. The wound was observed in its size, macroscopically and histologically. As a result, puls-synchronizing direct magnetic field accelerated the wound healing and did not give the bad influences to the blood cells, serum proteins and general conditions. In the effect of accelerating wound healing, 100 Gauss puls-synchronizing direct magnetic field was more beneficial than 100 Gauss, 50 c/s alternating magnetic field. It was revealed that puls-synchronizing direct magnetic field accelerated wound healing by local action.
