Combination of malignant tumor and tuberculosis was systematically performed by means of the intravenous injection of 0.1 mgrm. of the human type tubercle bacilli which is performed at the nearly similar time of implantation of fructose sarcoma of mouse. Besides, a certain amount of heated human type tuberculous bacilli and coli bacilli were injected at the nearly similar time of the implantation, and the influence of tuberculous infection and injection of the heated bacilli on the development of tumor was observed, and the following conclusion was obtained.
Inhibition of development of malignant tumor by tuberculous infection is not due to the specifie action of the tuberculous bacillus but it is caused by deterioration of the general condition due to tuberculous infection.
Moreover, it was known that development of tumor variously influences on the the tuberculosis.
