Sunao INOUE

Although Nitromin, N-oxide of Nitrogen-mustard, is markedly effective against carcinoma, its side effect is also worthy mentioning. Effect of Nitromin on the wound healing was studied in animal and man. Some disturbances were observed in skin, muscle, stomach, vessel and bohn of rabbits. Whereas, slight disturbance of wound healing was observed in one third of human cases. Nitromin combined with CMC, which was injected into a case of reticurosarcoma with result of recovery, gave severer effect on tissues.
When Nitromin is applied, these disturbances mentioned above must be cared.
