Recently the treatment of the testosterone for mammary cancer has been widely applied and reported.
Here transplantation of the testis of swine to the patients of the advanced mammary cancer was performed. Each piece of testis was transplanted into both subcutaneous and subfascial tissues of the femoral region, which is cut in round pieces of 0.3 cm in thickness.
The effects of the transplantation on 11 cases for which radiological treatment is ineffective, were remarkable. They are as follows :
1. In some cases the cancer became smaller vividly
2. There found a great effecton pain.
