Simple jejunal obstruction caused remarkable hemoconcentrations 3 hours after the onset of obstruction. VEM appeared within 6 hours or more after the onset and terminated as VEM increased. In acute perforation peritonitis of upper abdomen, VEM was shown in blood 30 minutes after its onset followed by death with increasing VDM and hypotension within several hours. In crash fracture of extremity VEM appeared within 30 minutes and increased gradually untill after 6 hours, then irreversible shock took place accompanied with VDM and terminated about 11-12 hours after the onset. In above descrived experiments VEM and VDM were proved to be produced mainly in kidney and liver.
