PART II. DISCUSSION OF THE POSTOPERATIVE OLIGURIA.

In Part II. The renal function was followed for 1~2 weeks after operation until its recovery.
(1) GFR and RBF reduced or rised parallel as a rule and recovered in abont a week.
(2) GFR and REF was concerned throughly with the increase or decrease of the circulating blood volume. But in died in stances according to oliguria the renal function reduced in spite of the in crease of the circulating blood volume.
(3) Urine volume reduced markedly for a few days after operation and reduced as a rule in such instances that the renal function markedly reduced.
(4) In the kindnies of died instances according to oligudia that was observed histologically degeneration of the lower nephron, but in the glomerulus various degneration was also observed.
