COMPLICATION AFTER RENAL TRANSPLATATION

There are many kinds of complication after renal transplantation such as infection, hypertension, diabetes, glaucoma, aseptic necrosis, leucopenia, hepatic disorder, malignant tumor and G.I. bleeding, and infection is most popular and also serious. But recently, it is very few that patients die after transplantation, the 4 years survival rate is 94%, but 4 years graft survival is 77%. To increase graft survival we schould select best donor according to histocompatibility and also investigate new immunosupressive methods.
